Take a Jewellery-Making Class
Jewellery Werx offers jewellery-making classes in beading, silversmithing, wire wrapping, chainmaille, enameling, lapidary, casting & silver clay!
Please register at least 24 hours in advance for all classes. Note that all materials should be purchased before the start of the first class.
Class Schedule
Class Times:
- Morning 10:30 - 12:30
- Afternoon 2:00 - 4:00 or 1:00 - 3:00
- Evening 6:00 - 8:00 or 5:00 - 7:00
We
know how busy life can be so call in and book your class with us, for
the best possible time for you and our teacher. Well try and fill your
class but if we don't you get the teacher one on one at no extra cost!

Why not make your own? We have classes for every age! Learn everything from beading to silversmithing and everything in between. Why not make your own gifts? Give someone something made especially for them? We also do custom work, so if you want we can make it for you. We have unique pieces for you to buy or give you ideas for your own work. Come and see what the excitement is all about. We do group parties and birthdays. Come and see our examples from the teachers. All beginner classes' tools are supplied so why not come in and learn today? All Classes must be booked at lease 24 hours in advance for availability please call or email.
Silversmithing - $135.00 /3 Classes
Beginner-Expert
Make your own beautiful Silver Jewellery!
In the beginner class we teach you all about soldering. All the different techniques you need to start the Silversmithing process. Then you can move on to more wonderful classes, like bezel settings and many more. Or come in for open shop time, and work here! With Classes starting every month there is no reason not to join today!
Silver Clay - $40 / Class
Fun for everyone!
Love Silver? Try this new exciting class. You will make your own pendent, earrings or rings out of fine silver clay. This is a fun and easy class that is good for any age! We fire and tumble your pieces and you take home your own unique organic piece of 99.9% silver jewellery.
Wire Wrapping - $40 / Class
Twisted Techniques!
Come learn about sterling and argentium wire. We have a great teacher to teach you how to wrap any jewellery you want! Have a stone you want to wrap? Come find out how in our wire wrapping class. This can be for beginners or the experienced wrapper!
Copper Enamelling - $40 / Class
Our Newest Addition
Come learn about copper enamelling, this is like painting copper, and extremely fun to learn and do and even better to wear! This is an old technique that makes unique and colourful jewellery that people will love! You will love to make it too!
Crochet Beading - $40 / Class
A new way to Bead and Crochet.
This addictive pastime is now joined into one. Wonderful colours and beautiful creations made with beads. Come and let our teacher show you how much fun crocheting with beads can be and enjoy your bracelet or necklace that you made!
Chainmaille - $30 / Class
This old technique updated into beautiful jewellery.
Come and learn this fun new take on the ancient technique of chainmaille. It's fun and can be for beginner all the way to expert. You will love the pieces that you make and so will all your friends.
Beading - $30 / Class
Learn Beading Basics
Just starting out or wanting to learn different techniques, this class is fun and goes over the beading fundamentals. If you're looking for something specific let us know and we can design a class for you.
Pearl Knotting - $35 / Class
Learn to make your own pearl necklace or bracelet. With our vast selection of swarovski and fresh water pearls you can now make your own pearl necklace in any colour you wish. Make one for every outfit.
New to Jewellery Werx Fire and Gravity work with Molten Glass $90.00 / 3 Hours
In this class you will learn to make your own glass beads and pendants. Students will create beads and works of art. Learn the beginning steps with mandrel wound glass beads.

These classes are in the process of being sorted out. We are looking for interested participants to develop the class. Please contact us for more information and availability.
Open Studio / Bead & Break
Come use our tools and our shop $7.50/Hour must have experience to use open studio in the shop. The beading classroom is also available for open studio.
EXTRA SILVERSMITHING CLASS - If your project isn't complete or you want an extra class with a teacher it is now $50.00 for two hours.
KILN RENTAL - Want silver clay at home? We'll fire it for $20.00. At own risk. This is firing only if you want it tumbled as well $25.00.
